In the event of a fault, first check the status LED on the modual Core, which shows the battery’s state. Then check the inverter for error messages.

modual Core status LED

LED	Meaning	Action
Green, pulsing	Normal operation. The battery is on and ready for use.	None.
Red	Fault. The battery has shut down to protect the system.	Check the installation and restart the battery. If the fault persists, contact technical support.
Blue	Commissioning or configuration has not been carried out, or is incomplete.	Complete the configuration as described in this manual and restart the system. If the fault persists, contact technical support.

If the inverter shows an error message, look it up in the Solis user manual and carry out the actions recommended there.
